چکیده

The article deals with human resource management and selected personnel indicators in sustainable development. main goal of this paper is to analyse describe management, focused on the audit workload, motivation employees, competence staff, their knowledge experience. shows how variables are investigated establishments a multinational company Slovakia, as an attractive employer interested growth its thus branding. For research methods, case study methodology used. Data collection was carried out through employees’ performance survey employees company, well interview sale advisors managers. aimed point investigation resources examine perception connection financial evaluation satisfaction within impact performance. Furthermore, determine whether there dependence between subjectively perceived aspects using statistical SPSS program. Further were calculated, such proportion wasted time labour productivity.
